update on the house situation

My house flooded again Friday. It was bad. And again Saturday. I haven't bothered cleaning it up. Why? It'll just get wet again. Besides, the two towels I used to clean it up before are still wet. I'm gonna trash them when I move to my new apartment.

But guess what?
I called the owner of the new place today. My apartment nowhas windows, doors, and electricity! Sposedly. She told me to come by tomorrow and check it out, and I could move in tomorrow afternoon! I walked by on Thursday and they were measuring windows, so there is hope. I'm not gonna get too excited yet, but I hope it's ready.
