Don't take Benadryl on a crowded chicken bus
Warning. Do not take Benadryl on a crowded chicken bus. Especially if you're standing. It is not pleasant. Patient will begin to feel dizzy, feel like he's ready to faint, and will wonder why everyone is looking at him. It is not recomnended to take a tuc-tuc (3 wheel taxi) bouncing on the cobblestone streets either.
