Too good to be true!

I should have known it was too good to be true. Ham and cheese sandwich last night. I woke up this morning at 6am with the stomach issues and multiple trips to the bathroom. I wonder about the quality of the cheese she bought locally. But I'm much better now. I will have to wait until we go to the capital again so I can buy some real cheese at Hiper Pais (Guatemalan version of Wal-Mart superstore) instead of this imitation or spoiled cheese.
